For Khun Nat-Nathapong Supakiay, Enterprise Performance Lead & Heroleads first member, the answer was ‘yes’ and now he is the pride of the company.
“I never imagined myself as a consultant, someone sitting beside clients, because I am a grumpy and arrogant person. However, when I accepted the challenge to be a consultant, I found that I have the ability to tone down my ego, be more assertive and chat with any stranger who is our client. Heroleads has made me realise my true power and bring the maximum potential out of me.”
From “Zero” to “Hero”
The first day I joined Heroleads as an intern, I had zero knowledge about sales and marketing, but later I improved myself and climbed the ladder to become a digital marketing consultant and Enterprise Performance Lead, respectively. For clients I’m a professional consultant, but for my juniors I’m both a life and work consultant who helps them tackle various difficulties in their lives.
It’s not only my diligence and hard work that got me through the hardship, the trust of my management team and advice from colleagues provided significant support for me.

Journey as Heroleads first member
Nat is a first-jobber and one of the first employees at Heroleads, so he had the opportunity to witness the fast growth of the company, firsthand.
“Initially, we had only 4 colleagues who were 2 Germans, Nat and another colleague working side by side in a one-room home office. Firstly, we focused on the dental clinic market since another branch in Dubai was doing so, but after working for a period of time we found the Thai market to be different, so we shifted to cosmetics, e-Commerce, financial and real estate businesses instead. As for the office, we have moved from the home office to one downtown.”

Nat said that even today, he can’t believe that he has been working here for 3 years! Time flies like a bird and he’s found every minute here helps him develop himself, both professionally and mentally. Transforming the work he hated to work he loves and performs with passion.
“Technology is changing so we need to learn everyday. Even today, I can learn various things everyday.”
“In the near future, I plan to move into the Business Development sector, so I can challenge myself with planning sales strategy, reorganising company structure and working more closely with the marketing team. I have discussed this passion with the management team and they agree to give me this great opportunity… To prepare myself, I think I should study more about digital technology relevant to this position.”

As the most senior & Heroleads first member, Nat said that it is time for a change, but our organisation culture still remains: equality. From executive to intern, everyone has the right to argue, agree or disagree with anything raised in minutes.
