Heroleads is glad to announce that our Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer, Saowanit Chongpaiboon (Bell) has been shortlisted for Women Leading Change Award 2020, under the Entrepreneurship of the Year category.
Women Leading Change Awards celebrate the successes of women in Asia who have shown outstanding leadership in the media and marketing industry. The award ceremony will take place in September 2020 in Singapore.
Who is Bell?
Saowanit (Bell) obtained her education degree from Thammasat University in Thailand. At the age of 27, she took a big leap and co-founded a company, Heroleads, with two twenty-five-year-old Germans. Under her leadership, Heroleads has experienced tremendous growth and is now the largest performance marketing company in Thailand.
What makes Bell unique?
Bell is goal-oriented and nurturing. Leading a company with young millennials, she adapted her approach to providing a clear direction to her teams and mentoring them to find creative solutions. As Thai local accompanying foreigners, she shows others new perspectives. She creates synergies and drives the company to achieve a common mission harmoniously. She sees the strengths in women, coaches them into strong leaders, and advocates for their place on the table. Her contemporary style makes her stand out as a new age entrepreneur.
