Heroleads joins Facebook APAC Partner Summit 2019 in Singapore


Recently- Heroleads (Thailand) Co., Ltd., Thailand’s leading data-driven performance marketing company, participated in the APAC Partner Summit 2019, organized by Facebook.  Carlo Herold, Founder, and CEO of Heroleads joined a panel discussion with the topic “Take your agency to the next level with technology”.
The APAC Partner Summit 2019 was the first APAC summit organized by Facebook. It is set to become an annual event for discussing the latest trends, tools and new products, as well as sharing best social media practices across all of the Facebook platforms. This year, more than 400 Facebook partners from APAC region attended the event held at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore.
Carlo Herold, Founder, and CEO of Heroleads was invited to attend a panel discussion“Take your agency to the next level with technology”. Heroleads is a Facebook partner which has been offering Facebook online marketing solutions to its clients. Heroleads also helps businesses across various industries — from small companies to large enterprises — to grow and become more successful using digital solutions.
“The number one digital trend to watch right now is the growth of messenger marketing. Chatbots have simplified the communication with the customers by automating the whole process. Several businesses have started integrating chatbots with various apps such as Facebook messengers, Line and Whatsapp, etc for better customer engagement and ease of interaction. In the next five years, technology will become even more important, which will result in a higher demand for effective management of digital campaigns.
In anticipation of this, we are investing heavily in innovative technologies to develop new solutions, for example, “Herovision” — our new platform for tracking the effectiveness of advertising in real time, which directly measures the impact on sales. We are also in the process of developing technologies to support our internal operations and streamline business processes,” said Carlo Herold, Founder, and CEO of Heroleads.

Other important trends that were discussed by other honorable speakers at the APAC Partner Summit 2019 included the following:

  1. Video and stories are becoming more popular due to their ability to create higher consumer engagement and motivate purchasing behavior.
  2. Mobile internet continues to grow. Facebook recommends companies to expand their mobile presence in order to cover all types of users’ internet behavior patterns.
  3. Facebook emphasized the importance of social commerce and conversations with consumers, with more and more business being done on social media where vendors can list products, advertise, and process payments without leaving the platform.
